Everything was excellent at this hotel, amiable staff. Liked how the standard queen room was arranged when we arrived. Overall it was exceptionally nice, with a private bathroom. The location seemed great in the middle of jackson. Could be great for one night...

We loved our stay at the hotel, as the room was impeccably clean and the shower had an excellent flow rate. The location is ideal, being conveniently close to the Prado Transmi station, made getting around the city easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience.

The accommodation lured me in by the two complimentary drinks and snacks per day. the key location was a plus point as it was near to the main market. the cozy room size is perfect for two, with a decent view from the window.

My experience was not as expected. the service was unprofessional, and the staff was not very welcoming upon arrival, which left a bad impression.
